communication more and more that they have totally forgot about improving their
writing skills. they always use shortcut, abbreviation. They don’t know the

effects of technology is on sleep habits. People get sucked into online
activities. Example, They texting, chatting, surfing all the times. Try to keep
technology out of the bedroom it would be a very healthy habit.

Since wake up until
sleep time, some people keep use internet, texting, chatting, it has good and
negative effects. People are dependent on technology they are addicted to it. Use
the technology if we need it, set usage time.
